My deepest condolences to Gretchen and the Passantino family. I was always impressed with Bob and Gretchen’s unity as a married Christian couple and their partnership in ministry. As someone who came to the Lutheran point of view late, I always looked to Bob and Grethen as figureheads who shared the same doctrinal position I did in a sea of American Evangelicalism, specifically on Christian radio. I still listen to a taped discussion with Bob and Gretchen that they did on Issues Etc. on the subject of Dispensationalism. I have shared this tape with friends who have questions about a Lutheran position on Eschatology. So Bob’s ministry continues and will continue for years to come. God bless the family and ministry of Bob Passantino.
